Talking points on the Supreme Court Partial-Birth Abortion decision.

This memo makes the following three points about the Court’s Partial-Birth Abortion Decision:

This decision will polarize America, not bring it together.

This decision, on its own, will do nothing to reduce the number of abortions in America.

Instead of driving people apart, we need to find common ground that reduces the number of abortions while preserving the right to have one.
